Face Tattoos

This is a series of my manual drawing interventions on the pages of glossy fashion magazines, created with felt tip pen of various sizes. I made ornamental, intricate illustrations reminiscent of arabesque, with figurative and abstract elements, to infuse life into images and to evoke ancient rituals of various tribes or spiritual circles with signs written in sand, papyrus, on the stone or on the skin.
