This is ornate and intricate digital illustration from my dark macabre surreal erotica series, depicting fiery lovers in passionate, carnal, ecstatic embrace. Heroine is a wild princess and her lover is her Animus or Shadow Self, demon-like creature, but without malevolent intentions. Their burning encounter animates entire wildflower paradise, full of blooming life and explosions of lush libido. I created this celebration of divine amorousness in 2017.
